The International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) is a distance-education certifier of personal trainers, nutrition coaches and specialty credentials, operating since 1988.

ISSA's public listings describe its Certified Personal Trainer programme as online self-paced study with a final exam; ISSA states that its CPT exam holds NCCA accreditation, alongside a separate accreditation route through the DEAC distance-education accreditor.
