How to Perform

  1. After the last working set, keep moving at an easy walking pace.
  2. Breathe through the nose where possible.
  3. Let the pace drift slower over five to ten minutes.
  4. Finish when breathing feels fully conversational.

Coaching Cues

  • Easy means easy — you should be able to chat.
  • Use it to transition into stretching, not to add work.
  • Shoulders loose, stride relaxed.
