How to Perform

  1. Bring one arm straight across the chest.
  2. Use the other forearm to draw it gently closer.
  3. Keep both shoulders down away from the ears.
  4. Hold, then switch sides.

  • Keep the trunk still — no twisting to cheat range.
  • Breathe slowly into the hold.
