Overview

How to Perform

  1. Warm up 10 minutes easy with a few short builds.
  2. Run 2–3 repeats of 8–12 minutes at a comfortably-hard tempo — short phrases only.
  3. Jog 2–3 minutes easy between repeats.
  4. Cool down 5–10 minutes easy.

Coaching Cues

  • Comfortably hard — you could hold it 40 minutes on a good day.
  • Even pacing: the last repeat should match the first.
  • Smooth and tall; tempo is posture practice at speed.
