When to Use It

When to use
After the main lower-body lift, or as the primary upper-body movement on a push day.
When not to use
When overhead shoulder range is limited or painful; use a landmine or incline press instead.
Programming
4 to 5 sets of 3 to 5 repetitions at 75 to 85 percent, with 2 to 3 minutes of rest.
