How to Perform

  1. Place one heel forward on the floor or a low step, leg straight.
  2. Hinge at the hips with a long spine until a clear pull arrives in the back of the thigh.
  3. Hold, breathing slowly.
  4. Switch sides.

  • Hinge from the hips — do not round toward the toes.
  • A clear pull, never pain.
  • Relax the neck and shoulders.
