How to Perform

  1. Stand tall, holding support if needed.
  2. Pull one heel toward the glute with the same-side hand.
  3. Keep the knees close together and squeeze the glute of the stretching leg.
  4. Hold, then switch sides.

Coaching Cues

  • Knees together, pelvis tucked.
  • Do not arch the lower back to fake range.
  • Stand tall rather than leaning forward.
