Overview

How to Perform

  1. Step forward and pull the opposite knee to the chest with both hands.
  2. Rise onto the toes of the standing leg at the top.
  3. Release, step forward and repeat on the other side.
  4. Keep the trunk tall throughout.

Coaching Cues

  • Pull the knee, not the neck, toward the chest.
  • Balance tall on the support leg.
  • Alternate smoothly like an exaggerated march.
